Welcome to the BMA Patient Portal
HealthCare Support Portal facilitates better communication with our office by providing convenient 24 / 7 access from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office.
Belmont Medical Associates now offers ALL of its patients easy access to their medical information online. Patients can view their personal health record wherever and whenever they have access to the internet.
They can also receive periodic updates and reminders from their physicians to their personal email address notifying them of messages on our secure portal.
This is now almost fully operational and using your secure portal, you will be able to:

- Communicate with practice, securely (encrypted) and efficiently (currently active). Please be concise and clear. Remember that use is limited to non-emergency communications and requests.
- View your Personal Health Records (currently active)
- Review your lab results and statements (currently active)
- Request authorization for referrals to a specialist (currently active)
- Receive medically relevant educational material (currently active)
- Request appointment be made for you via email. You cannot actually make the appointment yourself.
- Request a prescription refill from pre-populated list of currently refillable prescriptions. Cannot be used for new medication requests. (currently active)
- A mobile app is now available. This can be downloaded from the following link https://www.healow.com/app.html
Patients are given a user name and password when they complete the patient information form when in the office. Remember: This password is only valid for 48 hours, so please login within this period. If this information has been lost or more than 48 hours have passed since being given your password, then please call the office and speak with your physician's secretary and this will be re-issued.
